At Richardson, we are committed to quality assurance, and food safety and security. The grains and oilseeds we procure, merchandise, and handle are rigorously assessed for a number of key criteria, to ensure they meet a variety of standards and specifications.
Our Quality Assurance department supports our operations and merchandising teams in managing the identity and quality of raw product, and ensures that grains are accurately assessed and consistently meet customer specifications.
This same exceptional care and focus is placed on our food production processes. Quality assurance and food safety and security are met through stringent testing, adherence to food safety and security protocols, and rigourous third-party audits of our Operations facilities.
