Beginning at orientation, employee training encompasses the fundamentals of safe work practices and required job skills. We utilize a number of resources to further grow our employees’ knowledge base including in-house expertise, external facilitators, online learning and post-secondary courses. Course topics include Agronomics, Grain Merchandising, Business Planning, Time Management, Quality Assurance, Leadership, Coaching, and other areas important to our business.

To emphasize the importance of ongoing education in helping employees reach their career goals, we actively promote our tuition reimbursement program, covering the cost of books and tuition for external courses.

In order to support career growth opportunities for employees and business needs, it is sometimes necessary to move talented individuals to different locations to gain valuable experience in another part of our business. To help facilitate such a transition in a seamless manner, Richardson is pleased to offer a comprehensive employee relocation program.
