Non-GMO Seed

All registered CLEARFIELD canola hybrids were developed using traditional plant breeding methods. As a result, CLEARFIELD canola hybrid varieties are internationally recognized as non-GMO, since they contain no introduced genetic material. Make sure your canola is market-ready worldwide by choosing non-GMO CLEARFIELD canola.

Many canola growers are now turning to CLEARFIELD hybrids for additional yield potential.  That’s because CLEARFIELD hybrid yields are looking up. Way up!
Side by side trials across the prairies confirm that CLEARFIELD hybrids have yields that are the same as or better than other competitor systems. Hybrids like DKL 71-40 CL are excellent choices to maximize yield and deliver strong agronomic characteristics like maturity, height and blackleg resistance.

Richardson Pioneer through Richardson Oilseed connects end users with producers on Identity Preserved (IP) programs for various oilseed products and contract premiums.

Our 2 main IP programs are:

  • Nexera - High Oleic, Low Linoleic specialty canola
  • Clearfield - Non Genetically Modified canola

We are now contracting acres with producers to fill our 2009-2010 IP canola programs.

For more information on growing IP canola, please see your Richardson Pioneer representative.
