In addition to sourcing quality oilseeds for global customers, Richardson is also an active participant in canola seed processing. Richardson owns and operates a fully-integrated canola seed crushing, oil refining and packaging plant in Lethbridge, Alberta as well as a state-of-the-art canola seed processing and canola oil refining facility near Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Both facilities have a combined processing capability of 1.24 million metric tonnes of seed annually for canola oil-based products and high-protein livestock feed.
